Dan serves as Chief Investment Officer, where he leads sourcing, strategy, and long-term portfolio planning for ownership groups and the asset management company as a whole. He oversees investment direction, evaluates growth opportunities, and helps chart the future of the platform.
With over 20 years of experience in Columbus' multifamily real estate market, Dan has been deeply involved in every phase of the investment lifecycle. He began his career working alongside Don Kenny during the early days of apartment development across Columbus. He later joined Champion, where he led investments as Chief Investment Officer, overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management, capital raising, and capital markets. His work included both ground-up developments and the complex unfracturing of large multifamily communities.
Dan went on to join a private equity group focused on value-add multifamily investments across the Midwest and Southeast. He holds a degree in Financial Management from The Ohio State University. Outside of work, Dan enjoys golfing and spending time at happy hour with his kids, Brendan and Mara.
Regina is the Co-Founder of Reia Asset Advisors, where she helps lead strategic growth, portfolio oversight, and operational execution across residential and mixed-use assets. She also serves in an executive leadership role with Spring Property Management, bringing a rare blend of technical expertise and operational experience.
With over a decade in real estate, and seven years prior as a Structural Engineer, Regina’s career bridges design, construction, and asset operations. She began as a Structural Engineer before moving into Project Management in New York City, leading adaptive reuse, new construction, and luxury residential projects. In 2015, she transitioned into property management, starting in leasing and rising to manage the firm’s New York and New Jersey portfolio from 2020 to 2025. In 2024, she returned to Columbus to help lead the next generation of growth.
Regina holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in Real Estate from New York University. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching learn-to-play hockey and baking the latest must-try recipes from New York Times Cooking.
Riona Yu is a Co-Founder and Analyst who specializes in uncovering high-quality investment opportunities and providing deep market analysis for ownership groups. She brings a sharp financial mind and a data-driven approach to every deal she touches.
Born and raised in Columbus, Riona began her journey by helping in the company’s accounting office before earning her degree in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University. She went on to build a strong finance foundation, interning with a boutique hedge fund in New York City and with Nomura, where she worked in risk management. She is currently part of PNC’s asset analysis team, bringing institutional-level insight to portfolio strategy.
Outside of work, Riona is anything but ordinary. She holds a pilot’s license and practices theatrical combat — proof that spreadsheets aren’t her only talents.
Jeva Lin is a Board Member and the founder of Spring Property Management, which she launched in 2005 with a vision to build a strong, community-focused real estate platform. Today, she plays a key role in guiding the company’s long-term direction, advising leadership, and helping shape major strategic decisions.
With over 21 years of experience across real estate, finance, and operations, Jeva’s career path is anything but ordinary. She began in the restaurant industry before moving into audits and later the AEP trading floor. In 2007, she acquired her first multifamily community in Powell — a 96-unit property that launched her real estate portfolio. From there, she steadily expanded across Columbus, founded Spring Property Management, and grew operations into New York and New Jersey in 2014.
Jeva holds an MBA from Hunter College and is deeply committed to education and community. She runs the Ohio Chinese School every Sunday and is a proud mother of three daughters.
Marriah is our Portfolio Specalist who works hands-on with property operations, budgets, and lender relationships, ensuring each community performs at its highest potential. Known for her practical mindset and collaborative style, she plays a key role in keeping portfolios financially healthy and operationally strong.
She brings four years of experience in property and asset management, having previously worked as a property manager in Florida before moving to Thomasville, Georgia, where she supported budgeting and administration in higher education. A former college softball player, Marriah brings the same discipline and competitive drive to her professional work.
When she’s not reviewing budgets or walking properties, you’ll likely find her at the ping pong table, where her competitive streak is still going strong!
